Behavioural, Educational, and Research Consultants

Counselling Sessions, Consultation, Observations, and Parent Meetings are charged at $100/hr. As out preferred location to provide services is in your home or the child’s school, it is important to note that our transportation to the location where services are provided is not charged. We also offer a sliding scale and are willing to discuss financial arrangements with clients who are unable to afford our regular fee for service.

Diagnostic Cognitive, Behavioural, and Educational Assessments usually take 3-4 hours. Fees vary depending on the type of assessment but the general range of fees charged is $300-$600. This includes a consultation with the parents to review the results of the assessment. If you would like us to consult with school personnel with regard to the assessment results, the charge is our regular hourly fee. Assessments may be conducted with individuals aged between 3 years and 80 years.

A fee applies to cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice.
